Individual counseling services with a licensed professional are one-on-one time where we work on identified goals. Individual counseling can be done with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with stress, depression, anxiety or other life concerns.

The investment for individual services with LPC is $100 - $130 per 52 minute session and $50 per session with LPC-Associate.

Groups, Workshops and Seminars may be held for your organization on topics to fit your specific needs.

The PREPARE/ENRICH Program can be facilitated in group format with the same benefits to participants.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.  

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charge for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Couples counseling is for married, engaged, dating and cohabiting couples.  Couples will complete the Prepare/Enrich Assessment before the 2nd sessions for a separate $35 fee. During the course of our meetings, we will cover common topics include communication, conflict management, managing stress and more. 
The investment is $125-145 per 52 minute session with LPC and $60 per session with LPC-Associate.
